Other Important Information
Registration begins 2 weeks prior to the start of the next session at the front desk of Valley Fitness Harrisonburg.
Assessments are scheduled at the beginning and end of each session. Attendance is mandatory at one of these testing times to be evaluated.
Class times vary and are available 6 days/week. Check the calendar ahead of time to schedule your weekly sessions.
Candidates may attend whichever class times and days suit his/her schedule.
What is the class format?
A pre-class fitness assessment to quantify your current physical condition
A post-class assessment to quantify your physical achievements
On-going coaching, counseling, and education throughout program
What are G.O.T. Instructor’s expectations of the participants?
Your GOT shirt neatly on your person
A full water bottle and a towel
Appropriate clothing for indoor activities
Your completed Weekly Checklist on the first session of each week
