Welcome to Goal Oriented Training. Our philosophy is REAL RESULTS for REAL PEOPLE.  Get fit and healthy –  It all sounds easy, right?. Follow some famous person’s workout. Gawk at pictures of someone more interested in their own appearance than helping you with yours. Paleo? Carb loading? No carbs at all?  HIIT training?  LSD training? The real challenge is that YOU are unique. You have your own strengths and weaknesses.  Life offers a different set of circumstances for each one of us. I guess one of the many benefits that GOT offered me is that I was constantly encouraged/pushed to do much more than I was doing working out by myself.
